Returns Policy

PolarisUSA offers all orders a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not overjoyed with your purchase from PolarisUSA, we will refund your initial costs of your item(s). You may return most new, unused items within 30 calendar days from the purchase date for a Full Refund. Special Order items cannot be returned. These items will be eligible for replace/replacement only.

Please contact us at 800-752-3571 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. Any item returned without a RMA number will be rejected at the warehouse and returned to the sender. You can select any carrier you prefer to ship the item(s) back to us. PolarisUSA will reimburse your for the return ground shipping fees only if the item(s) are being return as a result of our error or manufacturer defect. For all items valued over $50, we suggest that you consider insuring your shipment to the full value of the price of the item at your cost. PolarisUSA will not be responsible to for items lost or damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

Once your return arrives in Rydal, GA, each item will be inspected and tested for manufacturer defects. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days upon receipt of your correctly packaged returned item. Returns found to be in good working order (no manufacturer defect or mistake made by a PolarisUSA employee), may receive a restocking fee (10%-50%). Finally, it may take you credit card processor an additional 3-5 days to return the funds to your account. This varies by bank.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to shipping regulations. For all items with Free Shipping PolarisUSA will select the shipping provider and may take anywhere from 2-10 days to arrive at your location per USPS/UPS. With all international shipments the payment terms will be pre-pay wire transfer only. Please call to speak to one of our knowledgeable associates for more information regarding shipping internationally.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. If the wrong method of shipping is selected for a given item, you could possibly be contacted by someone on our sales staff for additional shipping fees. An example of this would be selecting USPS to ship a recorder + hard drive via USPS for $8.50. PolarisUSA does not profit from shipping fees, therefore we will not be able to ship a box that would typically cost us $15-20 to send UPS for $8.50 due to any/all website errors.  The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
